Nolte Associates receives revitalization project honor for Manitou

Nolte Associates Inc. has received the Partnership for Community Design Award for its work on the Manitou Avenue Revitalization Project in Manitou Springs.

Manitou Springs catered to the spa crowds of the 1850s during its heyday. Nolte helped bring back its original prominence by obtaining funding and developing a plan for the revitalization of the downtown business corridor.
