Expo Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPH), through its wholly owned subsidiary D&D Displays, Inc., receives a new line of credit from Southern Community Bank. Credit facility is for $250,000.00.
According to J.D. Brown, Chairman and CEO of Expo Holdings, Inc., "We are pleased to receive this new line of credit from Southern Community Bank. This line is currently at 7% which is highly advantageous for Expo. Currently, we utilize many high interest vehicles such as factoring and this line should help us reduce our dependency on them. This line will allow us to keep up with the increasing demand for our products."
Expo Holdings operates in North Wilkesboro, NC. D&D Displays is a wholly owned subsidiary of Expo Holdings, which specializes in custom cabinetry and high end store fixtures for retail vendors such as Newell-Rubbermaid, Inc., Bosch Tool Corporation, Kronotex, USA, and S&K Men's Wear. D&D Displays has been in operation since 2000 and joined Expo Holdings in 2006.
