In accordance with information given on our web site Nordic American Tanker Shipping Limited (the "Company") today announced that it expects to issue its fourth quarter 2007 earnings and dividend release February 12, 2008, before the opening of trading. The record date for the fourth quarter dividend is expected to be February 22, 2008, and the payment date is expected to be March 7, 2008.

The first quarter 2008 earnings and dividend report is expected to be released May 5, 2008, before the opening of trading. The record date for the first quarter dividend is expected to be May 19, 2008, and the payment date is expected to be May 30, 2008.
