Ultitek Develops New Website for Air Union

Market Wire,  August, 2007

Ultitek, Ltd. (OTCBB: UITK) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, TAIS has designed a new state-of-the-art website for Air Union. The new website provides not only a new look, but a suite of new functions that will stand out against our competition. Founded in 2004, Air Union is an alliance of five Russian airlines, Kras Air, Omskavia, Samara Airlines, Domodedovo Airlines and Sibaviatrans. The carriers operate a fleet of over 100 aircraft, carried approximately 3.2 million passengers last year and reported turnover of around EUR 573 million in the same period. The hubs of Moscow-Domodedovo, Samara and Krasnoyarsk put Air Union in the perfect position to cover and take full advantage of the vast Russian market. The website highlights electronic ticketing, different payment schedules, pricing, scheduling, flight registration, etc.; applications designed and developed by Ultitek.

"Air Union is one of our valued customers. We are happy to be of any assistance we can. Any success they achieve is bound to reflect on us," said Roman Price, CEO.
