Inform Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Coal and Coal Bed Methane Leases

Inform Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: IWWI) (the "Company") announced today that its subsidiary, One World Energy Corporation ("OWEC"), has entered into a Coal Lease Agreement with Charles D. and Todd E. Beckham ("Beckham") for 180 acres located in Greene County, Pennsylvania. OWEC is in the process of obtaining the required permitting and bonding for the site.

In addition, the Company and Beckham have entered into a Coal Bed Methane Lease covering the same acreage. The Company will also be obtaining the required permitting and bonding for the site.

The Beckham site contains three seams of coal. The Washington Seam is, at minimum, five feet thick with approximately ten or more feet of overburden. The Waynesburg Seam is also at least five feet thick with an overburden of zero to approximately ten feet. The Freeport Seam is located approximately 600 feet below the surface, which lends it to be a probable source of coal bed methane. The area surrounding the site has been successfully exploited for strip mining coal and drilling for gas. There is a pipeline in the area and another slated to be constructed.
