I enjoyed the article, "The Legacy Of James Brown" (March 2007), honoring "the Godfather of Soul." But when someone who has been as powerful a force in the music business as Mr. Brown was (and still is), he is deserving of a cover story.
As you know, Mr. Brown was not only a force in music, but he also helped African-Americans to empower themselves. He helped to stop riots, said it was okay to be "Black and proud," met with kings and presidents and did so much to help and touch people all over the world.
