I'm writing to express that in the April 2007 EBONY all the articles were interesting and inspiring. I really enjoyed reading "The Rebirth Of The Southern Christian Leadership Conference." We thank President Charles Steele Jr., the board of directors, and other supporters who have worked to turn the organization around.
We thank God for sending us Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., along with other leaders who have organized and helped to sustain the SCLC. We pray that God will continue to bless the SCLC and all other civil right organizations.
