LEAH BROWN PRESIDENT AND CEO OF ATEN SOLUTIONS

Leah Brown is co-founder, president and CEO of ATEN Solutions (A10), a professional service that conducts clinical research, manages clinical data and offers statistical programming for clinical trials. Based in Cary, N.C., Brown is responsible for setting strategic leadership goals for the company, supervising sales and marketing strategies for clients, and monitoring regulatory compliance for company projects. A10 is one of only a handful of certified woman- and minority-owned firms that provide support for major clinical trials that help lead to FDA approval of therapeutic products for global biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to establishing Al0, Brown developed marketing strategies and hammered out technical solutions for hospitals, academic institutions and medical organizations. She is involved in several organizations, including the Health Care Compliance Association and Delta Sigma Theta. Brown earned a bachelor's degree in information technology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. She lives with her two sons, Christopher and Clayton.

TERI PLUMMER MCCLURE GENERAL COUNSEL AND SENIOR VP OF LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE FOR UPS

Teri Plummer McClure is the first woman and the first African-American to serve as senior vice president of UPS' legal department. UPS is one of the world's largest package delivery companies and a leading provider of specialized transportation and logistics services. McClure, the company's general counsel, heads a team of more than 50 lawyers and manages a network of law firms that serves the company's legal needs around the globe. She is also responsible for the company's global compliance program. McClure, who serves on the company's management committee, began her UPS career in 1995 as employment counsel for the corporate legal department. She is actively involved with a variety of civic and professional organizations. She earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and economics from Washington University in St. Louis and later received a law degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta. She resides in Atlanta with her husband, Roderick, and their two children, Kristin and Morgan.

KIM HARRIS JONES VP OF PRODUCT FINANCE AT THE CHRYSLER GROUP

Kim Harris Jones, vice president of product finance at the Chrysler Group, is the first African-American woman to hold the position in the company's history. Based in Detroit, she is responsible for managing development costs for new vehicles, which influence the style, features and profit margins of products DaimlerChrysler sells in North America and in international markets. She is also charged with reviewing new vehicles up to eight years in advance and making recommendations relating to production and profitability. Jones first joined the Chrysler Group in 1992 as a finance executive in employee benefits. She served in a number of key positions, including director of product financial analysis. Jones, a certified public accountant, has a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in finance from the University of Michigan. She resides in the Detroit area with her husband, Jeffery Jones, and their two sons, Jeffery and Justin.
