Joan Robinson-Berry is corporate director of external technical affairs for the Boeing Company, the world's largest airplane manufacturer, based in Chicago. Robinson-Berry is responsible for providing strategic guidance and support for enhancing external technical affiliations with government and industry organizations.
She has a degree in mechanical and manufacturing engineering from California Polytechnic in Pomona, Calif., a master's degree in engineering from West Coast University and an MBA from the University of California in Riverside, Calif. Robinson-Berry lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband, Chris, and their three children. She also teaches Sunday school.
