Although it's said to be "For Brother's Only," the column, "Facing The Fear Of Failure" (Sept. 2002), spoke to this Sister! The fear of failure impedes progress, prohibits growth and destroys dreams.
As a 25-year-old graduate student, the fear of failure is an issue I wrestle with on a continual basis. However, far greater than the "perceived" failure is the fear of never knowing if one has reached his or her fullest potential.
I'd like to commend Walter Leavy for charging Brothers, and Sisters, to abandon the fear of failure, so that we can walk in all we are capable of achieving!
