Thanks so much for the great article, "Culinary Professionals And Their Favorite Recipes" (Feb. 2003), which included Iris Rideau. My friends and I, with picnic basket in tow, have had the pleasure of visiting her beautiful winery, and it was definitely worth the trip. The grounds are beautiful and serene, the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant, and Rideau's white Riesling is simply outstanding. It is a first-class act. I cannot wait to go back!
