Thanks for the article, "Top Stars Tell Why They Love Black Women" (Feb. 2003). Hats off to all the Brothers who acknowledged the strength, beauty and perseverance of the females in their lives and families--their mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters and teachers.

Also of special interest were the two Brothers who simply said, "Sisters understand." Enough said! Thank you, EBONY, for this excellent article.

First and foremost, we would like to thank you for the article, "Top Stars Tell Why They Love Black Women." We appreciated this article the most because of the honor that it paid to us Black women, honor and tribute that we rarely receive from our Brothers.

This article was most important being that it was from our Brothers who live life in the public eye.
