Cold-weather grumps: It was an online survey not considered scientific. Still, it's interesting. A psychologist at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK found that people born between March and August have a sunnier outlook than those born in colder months, maybe due to a difference in the way parents interact with their babies during summer and winter.
