Fertility utility

Better Nutrition,  July, 2004

Fertility utility: A small study in The Journal of Reproductive Medicine suggests an herb may help boost fertility in women who have difficulty conceiving. The herbal blend tested contains chasteberry--which is believed to improve ovulation and restore progesterone balance--as well as the amino acid L-arginine, green tea, and numerous vitamins and minerals.
